Mrs. Anju Mathew is an Assistant Professor at AIMER. She completed her MBA from Garden City College under Bangalore University, Bangalore. She specialized in Human Resources and Marketing. She started her career as an Accountant General cum HR assistant in Fujairah, UAE based company. She has four years of working experience as an Assistant Professor in the department of commerce and management under Calicut University curriculum. Her area of interest is into the field of Human resources.

Before joining academics, he worked with firms such as BPL’s ProFx Tech Pvt Ltd, Sound Wizard as Project Engineer and later as a Regional Project Manager and has 12 years of corporate work experience. He has ventured into his startups such as Absolute Audio Pvt Ltd & Audio & Acoustic Consultancy Services too. He has done his Diploma, B.E, MBA, and Project Management Certification from IIT – Delhi (DMS). He has attended several FDPs, conferences & Seminars in Entrepreneurship development and currently pursuing his PhD in Management. He has overall 18 years of work experience out of which 7 years in the Higher Education Industry. He is a Multilingual Personality worked in various states of INDIA.
